Our Story
If you ask Purvaja...
I swiped right sometime in June 2019, and I’d use one word to describe the start our relationship: awkward (primarily from me).
From miscommunications on the first exchange, to showing up at different places for our first date, I wouldn’t categorize us as a “knew it right away” kinda story.
We’re polar opposite’s, but we got to create our own unique love story because of that.
Beyond his charming smile, Bhushan taught me to slow down, and enjoy things as they are. He’s the rational to my emotional, the realist to my dreamer self.
I remember the moment we decided this was it for us - no words were said and no declarations were made - but we both knew, from that moment on, we’d be in each others lives forever.

We both swiped right and matched on Bumble.
She was so awkward with her opening line but I still gave her a shot.
We connected really well and everything was so natural between us.
So much so that she started bugging me about next steps pretty much straightaway.
After 4 years (or 5??), I finally caved in and here we are, getting married at CAVE Spring Vineyard...
Schedule

Ceremony: 2:30pm to 4:30pm
Join us for a traditional Hindu wedding! While the ceremony will last approximately an hour outside on the vineyard, you need not be seated the whole time. You're welcome to mingle and enjoy refreshments in the cool comfort of our barn with AC. Don't worry, you'll be called back for key moments!
*Transport will be provided from the Inn on the Twenty to the venue
Dress code: ethnic wear, western or indo-western.
Reception: 6:30pm to 12:00am
It's time to eat! Let's make our way to the reception hall for an intimate dinner, family speeches, the first dance, lots of dancing, and an open bar!

Cocktails: 4:30pm to 6:30pm
Our cocktail time is longer than most, but it'll be double the fun! The bride and groom will join you mid-way to get some dedicated time with everyone.
If you are considering giving us a gift, we would appreciate a contribution towards our future together. We kindly ask that you consider making a cash contribution in lieu of traditional wedding gifts
Transport & Accommodation
Transport
There is free parking available at our venue. However, we'd like everyone to enjoy responsibly, so we will be providing transportation to and from the venue (pick up will be at the Inn on the Twenty) before the ceremony and at the end of the night.

Guests are welcome to stay at the Inn on the Twenty, which is a 10 minute drive from our wedding venue.
